The health of our customers and our employees is of the utmost importance to us. We’d like you to know what precautions we are taking with regards to the COVID-19 outbreak.
- All our technicians and installers have been stocked with disposable gloves in their trucks.
- All trucks have sanitizer and Clorox wipes.
- Tools & trucks will be cleaned daily.
- Our staff has been following the latest guidelines from the CDC for employees both in office and in the field. New guidelines will be reviewed and implemented when the CDC makes updates.
- We have waived the requirement for the homeowner to sign a technician’s tablet or phone for their acceptance of work done. A simple verbal "OK" will now be taken as acceptance.
- We ask that you let the dispatcher know at the time you book your call if you have any special/needs or requests and we will try our best to accommodate you.
- It may be required that we enter your home to repair an issue with the indoor unit when the unit is in your laundry room or in a closet in the home. We will do everything possible to limit the amount of time that we spend in your home.
